HELP!!!!!

I am six days away from estimated OV day. The last day of AF was the 3rd. Well around the 2nd I caught a stomach bug from my friends baby and was really sick. Prior to AF starting, I took three test all of which were BFN's. About 10 min. ago I went to the restroom and when I wiped I was spotting!!! WHY?!!!! I have been having mild feelings in my ovaries and actually noticed it earlier today. The feeling is like when AF is about to start but a lot milder. 

Can anyone give me any advice? PLEASE!!!!
