Birthday Wish

Written by Kieran    Thursday, 04 February 2010 11:04    PDF Print E-mail
On February 2, I turned 38 years old.  To be honest, I don’t really feel 38. It’s not so much about the number as it is wondering where time has gone?  It was a great day.  Heather and I celebrated together; we enjoyed a meal out, and just spent some quality time catching up.  She also had not started the Provera yet (more on that in our next post!) so her mood was still good (she let me type that!)

I of course was lucky enough to receive some wonderful cards and presents reminding me what a lucky guy I am.  I even received birthday wishes from people near and far thanks to my blog and Twitter.  Everyone is so kind!

Now I know that it is customary not to tell your birthday wish, but I’m pretty sure you can already guess what it is.  As Heather begins a new cycle in the coming weeks every bone in my body aches for the greatest of wishes to come true.

I hope that you will join us as we head back into the world of fertility treatments in the coming weeks and cheer us on.  We hope even more so that you’ll leave comments letting us know where you’re at so we can offer you all as much support as you offer us.

We’re also really excited to be partnering with www.circlebloom.com for this cycle as a way to enhance stress reduction and promote well being with their daily guided visualizations.  There are even some special programs for men!  If you’re not familiar with Circle + Bloom’s program, I hope that you will click on the link and learn more about it.  We’re really excited about incorporating their program into our lives!

Here is hoping that #38 is our year.

Happy Belated Birthday, well my DH became a dad at 42, the wait is worth it, just keep fit and healthy so you can runaround for many years to come! I am on the TWW with our next attempt, donor sperm again and glad we have the option.

hugs from Sydney
