Yoga is known for helping you chill out, but a class in couples yoga helps you connect and calm down together. At the Yoga Center of Minneapolis, couples can share a Friday night date while learning yoga poses together. For Lindsey Maughan of Baltimore, yoga has become a favorite way to work out with her husband, Jason. “It helps us de-stress together because the positions are so hard we end up laughing at each other and ruining each other’s chi,” she jokes.
