5 Yogurts To Sink Your Spoon Into

A 2006 Harvard study found that women who consume whole-milk dairy (like full-fat yogurt, cottage cheese, and ice cream), as opposed to low- or no-fat dairy, have fewer problems with ovulation.

The fat globules in milk contain sex hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and some androgens (male hormones). When the milk fat is skimmed off, these hormones are removed, too. And, researchers think that may be the link between consuming full-fat dairy and ovulation.
